• 250 grams bamya
  • 1 cup of boiled chickpeas
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of red pepper
  • ½ limonun suyu
  • Salt

Then carefully wash and dry the okra extract before. Note Delmemeye.

Leave the lemon juice and pour over okra. Saute onion in olive oil cooking shredded, Stir in chopped tomatoes. Boiled chickpeas, Put water in a few minutes, adding salt and pepper kavurup. By putting into boiling water and cook until okra is tender after boiling water. It is beautiful and light summer meal may be served hot or cold.
